KPMG – Customer Experience Excellence Report

For KPMG, we were engaged to design their Customer Experience Excellence Report, a detailed A4 digital brochure exploring how digital transformation is reshaping customer expectations.

Working from a supplied Word document and Excel data, we managed the entire design process, from layout and typography through to illustration and image treatment. This included designing infographics and custom illustrations in Illustrator, colour-correcting and retouching imagery in Photoshop to match KPMG’s corporate colour palette and tone of voice, and preparing the final report for upload to the KPMG website.

The cover features a digitally created ‘glitch’ effect to symbolise the evolving digital landscape, just one of many subtle design decisions made to bring meaning and modernity to the content.
